Zeb Taia (John Zebelon Taia, born 11th October 1984) is a rugby league player for the Newcastle Knights. Taia plays as a second row and lock, but can also play as a prop. He previously played for the Parramatta Eels. Taia first played with junior club Enfield Federals.
Zeb is of Cook Islander descent whose parents are from the island of Penrhyn. He is known to many as the "blue collar toiler" for his hard working ethic whilst being a quiet achiever in a team amongst stars such as Jarrad Mullen and Danny Buderus.
