WikiProject Illinois uses Category:Wikipedia requested photographs in Illinois to monitor all Illinois articles needing images. In addition, this category helps Wikipedian photographers living in Illinois to locate those subjects near where they typically take photographs. The "imageneeded=" and "in=" parameters of {{WikiProject Illinois}} populate this category.
