Dear Ainlina, I'm having a problem with another user. NetHistoryBuff5 (talk • contribs) seems to have a serious COI on Gerald Guterman. It's the only page the user edits. And the user seems interested only in a puff piece, going so far as to remove citations from the NYTimes, a noted economist, and so forth. He ignores 3RR, and is new to WP.
