The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire is the Federal district court whose jurisdiction comprises the state of New Hampshire. The Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse for the New Hampshire district is located in Concord.
The United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire represents the United States in civil and criminal litigation in the court. The current United States Attorney is Thomas P. Colantuono. The U.S. Attorneys Office is NOT part of the U.S. District Court. The U.S. Attorneys Office is part of the Dept. of Justice.
