Sussex House School is a boys-only London prep school founded in 1953. It is still in its original location of Cadogan Square, in Chelsea. There are some 180 pupils, who take the 7+ exam to enter. This school is a feeder for the top English public schools, such as Winchester, Westminster, Eton, Radley and St Paul's.
The Headmaster (since the 1990s) is Nicholas Kaye, who also teaches English. He was previously a pupil at the school. He has afforded the school an excellent academic record, and over-hauled the uniform over the past 10 years. He has also taken considerable time and effort to maintain the classic design of the interior of the building.
The school is housed in a Victorian house, which the headmaster takes great care in preserving and restoring.
