Stracie Angie Anam (born August 18, 1990), popularly known as Stacy, is a Malaysian singer and the winner of the sixth season of Akademi Fantasia. She was the youngest competitor to win the competition, as well as the second female winner of the show.
Early life
Before auditioning for AF6, Stacy tried out for some notable singing reality shows, such as One in a Million 1, and also Gang Starz in which she was a member of a group named E-voke. Her decision of auditioning for AF6 was derived from her mother's suggestion as soon as she reached 18. She studied at St. Michael Penampang Secondary School until Form 4, but had to drop out of school due to her family's financial problem.[1]
Recently, Stacy was given a full scholarship to continue her studies in Limkokwing University Of Creative Technology. She will continue her studies in diploma of music and art, and will begin her first semester on February next year.[2]
Akademi Fantasia, Season 6

Stacy competed against thirteen other contestants to win Season 6 of Akademi Fantasia. She was selected as one of the finalists to enter the 'Akademi House'. The judging panel often harbours her performances with praises every week for being consistent, which implied her as the front-runner of the season.
Ramli M.S., the academy principal of Season 6 complimented Stacy as a loyal student who is very serious in learning something new. According to him, Stacy is always focus during each lesson and practised all the lesson that she learned in her performances on stage.[3]
Throughout the competition, Stacy remained at the top when the voting session was closed at the end of every concert, with four collective highest votes. Before the finale concert, 3 out of 4 media reporters predicted her to be the winner of the show.[4] At the end of the finale, the prediction came true when she was crowned as the sixth winner of the show, beating 4 other students, with a massive votes of 43%.

Since her win, Stacy has been featured in interviews with New Straits Times[5], Utusan Malaysia[6], as well as Berita Harian[7]. Her own show entitled Aku Stacy has now been aired in Astro Ria which features her journey in the entertainment industry after her win.
Stacy was also featured in a campaign of Green@Palace, at Palace of the Golden Horses Hotel, to support the campaign which aimed to raise awareness of the importance of green life. The campaign also featured Mila, winner of Season 5.[8] To date, she has also appeared as a front cover in magazines such as In-Trend, Media Hiburan, Remaja and also Hai with Aliff Aziz and fellow AF student, Aizat.
In July 2008, Stacy's first non-recorded album, `The Best of Stacy', was released which consists of 11 performances when she was in Akademi Fantasia. She also stated that she is currently recording her debut album which would be released before February 2009.
Single release
Stacy's first single entitled Aku Stacy was released on May 25, 2008, after the finale of Akademi Fantasia Season 6 on Era radio station. It is composed by newcomer composer Intan Norul Azlina, and lyricist Ad Samad.
