Server Monitor is a tool for remotely monitoring computer hardware running Mac OS X Server, such as an Xserve. It is available as part of the server admin tools package on a CD with the server software and as a download from Apple's website. The server monitor tool only allows monitoring of an XServe server, not any other Apple computer.
Server monitor uses TCP ports 131 and 755.
