The Non-Custodial Parents Party is a minor Australian political party. It supports less government control of many aspects of daily life. In particular, it puts forward a number of policies in the areas of family law aimed at assisting parents who have not been granted custody, especially fathers. It fielded several candidates in the 2004 Federal election.
