Political parties in Monaco lists political parties in Monaco. Monaco was traditionally a one party dominant state with the National and Democratic Union in power. Opposition parties were widely considered to have no real chance of gaining power. At the 9 February 2003 elections, however, the Union for Monaco a coalition of two parties, won 21 of the 24 seats in the National Council of Monaco.

The parties

• Rally for Monaco - National and Democratic Union (Union nationale et démocratique)
• Union for Monaco (Union pour Monaco), which is a coalition of:
  • Union for the Principality (Union pour la Principauté)
  • National Union for the Future of Monaco (Union nationale pour l'Avenir de Monaco)
  • Promotion of the Monegasque Family (Promotion de la famille monégasque )
