Klismaphilia (sometimes spelled Klysmaphilia) is a paraphilia involving enemas, "distinguished by a preoccupation with the object or behavior to the point of being dependent on that object or behavior for sexual gratification."[1]
Some people with klismaphilia may visit providers in the sex industry that offer enemas.
