Kathleen McDonald Greco, often nicknamed "Fingers", is the producer on the game show The Price is Right. Joining Goodson-Todman Productions in 1975, she became a production assistant on the game, creating the pricing game Secret "X" in 1977, moving to Associate Producer in Season 17 (1988), Co-Producer in Season 36 (2007), and sole Producer in Season 37 (2008).
She was nicknamed "Fingers" after she gave host Bob Barker a back rub in the early 1980s. He was suffering from a herniated disc and sciatica at the time. Barker mentioned she had "magic fingers." The nickname stuck and was shortened to "Fingers". As a side note, "Fingers" married golf pro Frank "Thumbs" Greco soon after earning her nickname.
She is crucial to the in-game elements of The Price is Right. One of her main responsibilities, prior to being promoted to Producer, was to document everything which occurred on the show, including all contestants' responses, wins and losses.
She also joined Barker, along with Janice Pennington, Holly Hallstrom, and Kathleen Bradley as part of The Price is Right team that took on The Young and the Restless team in a special "Barker's Beauties vs. Soap Stars" week of Family Feud in 1993.
She famously did a dance known as the "Gator" with crew member Andrew S. Jacobsen on the show in 1986. She did it once again, with an audience member, in 2005.
