KEGA, branded as 101.5 The Eagle is a Country music radio station broadcasting to the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. Licensed to Oakley, Utah, USA, the station is currently owned by Simmons Media Group of Salt Lake City.[1]
The Eagle branding was also used on KEGL in Dallas, Texas as a rock station until 2004 and resurrected in December 2007.
History
The station went on the air as KPKK on 2000-06-28. On 2003-07-03, the station changed it's call sign to KKIK. On 2003-07-30 to the current KEGA.[2]
