Jacob Albrechtsen (born March 10, 1990 in Smørum, Denmark) is a Danish football defender playing for F.C. Copenhagen.
He was promoted to the first team at training start in the summer 2008, together with Danni Jensen.[1] Although, both of them joined the first team at a training camp at La Manga in January 2008.[2]
He is the younger brother of Derby defender Martin Albrechtsen.
Albrechtsen's first team debut came at 2008-07-31 in a UEFA Cup qualifier against Cliftonville from Northern Ireland. He played the last 19 minutes in the defense after having substituted Oscar Wendt.[3]
