Iptingen is a small village in southwestern Germany, some 25km to the northwest of Stuttgart. Today, Iptingen is a part of the community of Wiernsheim, together with Pinache and Serres. Iptingen was the birth place of Johann Georg Rapp, the founder of the Harmony Society.
