Concept

This album follows a character who sees the world end and sets out on a journey to find the Flying Whales so they can teach the character to fly. Said character flies to Sirius C, where the 'Master Race' teaches him to restore life to the planet (possibly Earth).

The usage of interplanetary endeavoring in Sirius bares similarities to Voltaire's Micromégas, which tells the story of a man traveling through space originally from the planet Sirus.
