Federico Luppi (born February 23, 1936 in Ramallo Partido, Buenos Aires Province) is an Argentine film, TV, radio and theatre actor.[1]
Biography
Luppi works mostly in Argentine cinema, but also has worked in Mexico, Spain, and the United States. Luppi has acted in almost 100 films since his debut in 1964.
His English films include: Bad Company, Guillermo del Toro's Cronos, John Sayles' Men with Guns, Los pasos perdidos (2001), among others.
Federico Luppi received, among other recognitions, a Konex Merit Diploma for his acting in every edition of the Entertainment Konex awards (1981, 1991 and 2001).
He was also nominated in 1996 for the Goya Awards as "Best Actor in a Leading Role."
He has been a Spanish citizen since June 2003.
