Digitrax is a company that makes Digital Command Control (DCC) systems and accessories (ie decoders) for model railroaders. This company is currently headquartered in Panama City, FL and has been in the DCC field since the 1980s.

Digitrax components (throttles, boosters etc) can be interconnected via proprietary Loconet networking. These are built from simple 6P6C telephone cables using RJ12 connectors.
