Equipment Center

Columbia College Hollywood owns film and video equipment available for use by its students in classroom projects. This equipment includes:

• Camera Systems: Arriflex ST, SRI, SRII, and SRIII; as well as the classic Bolex 16, Eclair 16 NPR, and CP16 cameras
• Digital Cameras: Canon XL2, XL1(S); Canon XL H1; Panasonic HVX200; Panasonic DVX100A with 4x4 matte box and follow focus; Sony VX2000; various miniDV cameras; professional SVHS camcorders and VHS camcorders.
• Lighting Equipment: Fresnels ranging in size from 200W to 5K, 750W and 2K soft lights Arri 4 light kits; Kino Flo kits, including a green screen kit.
• Grip Equipment: Fisher Dolly with track; c-stands; sandbags; apple boxes; 6x6, 12x12, and 20x20 overhead sets; flags & other grip items
• Sound Equipment: Fostex FR2 and Tascam HD P2 Compact Flash recorders; Nagra 4.2 sound recorder; Fostex PD4 DAT; shotgun and handheld microphones; XLR connectors; boom poles and Shure and Sound Devices field mixers.
• Editing Systems: 16mm moviolas and 16mm and 35mm flatbeds, AVID, Final Cut

• Eagle Egilsson, an Icelandic director and DP on the hit television series CSI: Miami.

In addition, he co-wrote a script with Paul Rodriguez, and was one of the world's first video paparazzo together with [E.L.
