California Secretary of State election, 2006

The 2006 California Secretary of State election occurred on November 7, 2006. The primary elections took place on June 6, 2006. State Senator Debra Bowen, the Democratic nominee, narrowly defeated the incumbent, Republican Bruce McPherson.
