Bernardo Segura (born February 11, 1970 in San Mateo Atenco) is a Mexican race walker. He currently holds the 20,000m World Record for Race Walking with a time of 1:17:25.6.
Segura is an athlete with a technique little purified for which he receives frequent notices and condemnations. He was disqualified in the World Championships in 1993 and 1995. In the 2000 Olympic Games, Segura finished first the 20km walk. However, he resulted disqualified by the judges while he was being congratulated by then president Ernesto Zedillo.
