Ali Hussain Kafi (Arabic: علي حسين كافي) (born 1928) was chairman of the High Council of State (a military-backed collective presidency) of Algeria from July 2, 1992 to January 31, 1994. He became chairman after the death of Muhammad Boudiaf. After being impeached for unconcealable drink problems he was replaced by President Liamine Zéroual.
